My soon to be exhusband lied about paying bills for months, cleaned out my account gambling, and left me with a pile of dept.

I am now stuck in LA, with an apartment full of crap, (he wont even come and get his stuff I packed up) I'm totally broke, am facing eviction immediately and need  a lawyer to try to get me not kicked out of my place for a few months (one for divorce too), and I need a way home. 
I can't sleep, I can't eat,  I'm going out of my mind with stress. It's hard to breathe. I need help desperately.

The marriage was terrible, he is a scumbag. He has even started a go fund me for himself, and enjoys sending me nasty abusive messages. I'm losing my shit, my life is on the line.

Please help.
