Dain is a devoted single father who has always put his family first. He worked for years at an electric company, but everything changed when he began experiencing intense seizures. The seizures became so severe that Dain had to surrender his driver's license and, ultimately, his job. Without computer skills or access to new opportunities, finding work has been nearly impossible for him. Dain currently has no income from his former company or social security, making his situation even more urgent.

Dain’s situation is made even more challenging by the fact that his father is also disabled and struggling with severe health issues. His aunt Carolyn and sister Ashley have stepped in to help as much as they can, but their resources are limited. Dain’s high school-aged son worries every day about his dad, and the family is doing everything they can to stay afloat.
