Hey! My name is Dana Saleh Omar. I fundraised last year successfully and created my very first short film titled Stuck.

Stuck is a story set amidst a rising tide of Anti-Arab Sentiment in which a young Palestinian woman, haunted by a ghost from her past, faces an urgent choice: speak out and risk everything, or stay silent and be erased forever.

This story is becoming more pertinent and urgent by the day.

We have been working on this film as such a labor of love and resilience, a dedication to the global fight for humanity and speaking truth to power.

And now, we are at the finish line. My team and I are submitting to festivals and are raising funds for entry fees and travel fees to raise awareness about our film. We hope it will make an impact in the festival circuit and continue to gain traction from there.

We are also launching a grassroots campaign with private live events across the country and getting our story out there.

We just need a little push to get us there. Anything you can spare will go to spreading urgent art in a time where we need it the most.
