Help Dana Get the Urgent Dental Surgery She Needs

My sister Dana is in daily pain. Eating is difficult, smiling is uncomfortable, and even talking can hurt. Years of chemotherapy have left her teeth fragile, cracked, and infected. She’s lost over 30 pounds because of how hard it’s become to eat.

She needs full-mouth dental surgery to restore her health and stop the infection from spreading. The treatment plan includes extractions, implants, bone grafts, and a sinus lift, but none of it is covered by insurance.

I’m Rachel, and I created this fundraiser because Dana won’t ask for help unless she has to. She’s survived cancer twice and we are so grateful that the cancer is stable, but the long-term effects of chemo continue to take a toll.

She’s found a highly rated dental clinic in Hungary that offers this complex care at a much lower cost than in the U.S. They also provide recovery accommodations and support during treatment. It’s her best option but even with careful planning, the cost is more than she can manage alone.
