Dear Fellow Humans,
My name is Priyanka and I am deeply disturbed by the suffering of the innocent Palestinian people.
I am reaching out to you for your support in providing hope to a beautiful girl and her mother in Gaza, who lost everything but hope.
I am heartbroken for every single story of Gaza’s victims, but the story of Dana and Nour motivated me to turn my grief, anger and pain into hope as I couldn’t bare the pain anymore.
Last month, I watched a video of a beautiful 9-year-old girl from Gaza named Dana, who lost her arm and her family when the Israeli occupation bombed their bulding. I am sharing this video with you.
I tried my best to reach out to Dana’s family and I was lucky to get in touch directly with her mother (Nour) who lost her 3 children, her sister, in-laws, nephews and nieces. Nour is also taking caring for her 7-month nephew Mohammed who lost his entire family in the massacre.
I can’t imagine the unbearable pain Nour and Dana are going through after they lost their loved ones and their home,, so I decided to commit to support them till the end.
When I spoke with Dana, she told me that all she wants is her arm back and I am committed to help her to find the most functional and beautiful arm in the world. We can’t get her family members back that she misses so much, but the least we can do is helping Dana and her family to get her treatment and start to live again.
