We are coming together to support our friend Dana as she faces one of the hardest seasons of her life.

Dana is a middle school teacher who pours her heart into her students every day, and an incredible single mom who does everything she can to provide for her child. Recently, Dana was diagnosed with breast cancer. In the coming weeks, she will need to undergo surgery followed by a significant recovery period, which means she will be unable to work for several weeks.

As a single-income household, time away from work brings not only physical and emotional challenges, but also financial stress. This fundraiser is meant to help ease that burden—covering everyday expenses like rent, utilities, groceries, medical bills, and childcare—so Dana can focus fully on healing and being present for her child.

Throughout this journey so far, Dana has been carried by faith, hope, and the love of those around her. We trust that even in difficult moments, she is not walking this road alone, and that strength often comes through the care and generosity of others.
