Help Dan @ REL

Our friend, and long-time co-worker and Team Lead for Recovery Services Dan Smith has received a tough diagnosis this past weekend.  He is in need of your good thoughts, prayers  and any PTO or extra money you can donate.  He received emergency surgery over the weekend and found that he will need more surgery along with on-going physical and medical therapy.  This is a tough card for him to be dealt as he is the sole bread winner for his family. He is still currently in the hospital.

We have created this Go Fund Me page to collect donations for him but also ask for your good thoughts, well wishes, prayers and anything you can do to help him as he heals and starts a tough battle for health. 

We are also asking for voluntary PTO donations. Please email Christie or Karie for the form and policy information.
