Hey everyone! My name is Dan English and I am on a journey to become a professional Mountain Bike Racer. I am an 18 year old shredder from Northern California. As I continue to pursue my ambitions of racing around the world, I am seeking some support from my peers and community.
The type of Mountain Bike Racing I do is called Cross Country Olympic and there is a series of races that I plan to compete in called the UCI World Cup. This season there will be races in many European Countries, North America, and South America! My season goals are primarily set on the World Cup races and World Championships which will be in Andorra this summer. Furthermore, one of my more long term goals is to compete in the 2028 Olympics here in California.
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved the sport of cycling. From when we took the training wheels off my first bike (I rode straight into a pole) to when I crossed the line at my first World Championships I have always loved every second of it. The hard work of training and the adrenaline of racing bring me so much joy. Finally, with all that said, I want to see how far I can go in this sport and I appreciate everyone who has supported me through every step of this journey!
