Help Dan McGee Heal and Return to the Races!

My name is Tina Honea, and I’m reaching out to you on behalf of a cherished member of our Northern Nevada racing community, Dan McGee. For decades, Dan has been a constant presence at our local motorcycle races, capturing the excitement and stories that make our racing community so incredible. He has not only been a devoted fan but also a talented writer for NV Racing News, documenting our history and keeping the spirit of racing alive. Now, it’s our turn to give back to Dan. He is facing some serious medical challenges and he just underwent spinal fusion surgery on April 24, 2025. This procedure requires a significant hospital stay, followed by an extended rehabilitation period of six weeks or more. During this time, Dan will be unable to work, attend races, or even spend time with his family. We have the opportunity to support Dan in his time of need, just as he has always supported us.
