Help Dan, Matt, and Adora Find a House

Hey everyone, we are Dan and Matt.

We are reaching out for help as we face an unexpected and urgent housing crisis. After living in our apartment for the past 12 years, we recently discovered black mold and serious foundational issues in the bathroom. While repairs have not yet begun, they are expected to start soon, and there is a high likelihood that we will be forced to vacate during the process.

On top of this, just a few weeks ago, our car was broken into and ultimately totaled. The sudden financial strain of replacing our vehicle, combined with the urgent need to move, has put us in an incredibly difficult position.

For the past two years, we have been working toward purchasing a home, and now, more than ever, we need to make that dream a reality. With a dog, finding another apartment that allows pets would be extremely difficult, and we don’t want to end up in a temporary or unstable living situation.

We are asking for help in raising $20,000 to cover the closing/moving costs on a new home. This would allow us to finally have a safe and stable place to live without the fear of eviction or hazardous living conditions.
