Hello Family and Friends,

I'm reaching out to all of you today to help a family near and dear to us, Dan & Mandie Devault. If you are new to their story, Dan has ongoing but very serious health issues. He was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease, and in order to receive treatment for this condition, he had to go through multiple forms of testing. During this process, they discovered he needed open-heart surgery. They are now at the process where the surgery was scheduled today, 11/10/25, and they had to postpone due to his blood sugars being too high to do the surgery. Until they can get Dan's sugars stable, they must stay in the location so they can treat and take care of Dan.

Now this has shifted a timetable for him and Mandie as Dan cannot leave; he must stay until he is able to have the surgery on the now intended date of 11/12/25.

With this said, Mandie must stay in the offered hotel room longer than what was intended, and that expense is going to now be greater than their budget has intended for. This has been ongoing trips to medical facilities in Columbus and all necessary testing, not all being covered obviously by medical insurance. So expenses have been overwhelming. PLEASE find it in your heart to donate to help these two loving people in their time of need and so Dan can get through this life-sustaining surgery.
