Help Dan Hellier Bridge the Financial Gap

Donation protected
Dan Hellier and I have been friends for 20+ years, since we first met each other while working for Corporate Express Airlines in 1998. Dan has been one of the best airplane mechanics I've ever worked with; having Dan tell you, "The airplane is safe," gave tremendous confidence to more than just a few pilots besides myself.

A few years ago, Dan's wife Barbara sadly passed away after a ferocious and brave fight with cancer.

Recently, Dan fell on some more hard times. He was diagnosed with a rare disease which causes him great pain after standing up or walking, sometimes as quick as about 10 minutes. This has made it impossible to continue running his once flourishing RV maintenance company. Sadly, the medical community is at a loss about treating this disease, and eventually, Dan had to shut the doors. He basically had to sell everything he owned just to survive. What little money he has left will be gone in a matter of months. Things will get a little better once he becomes eligible for Social Security Benefits through his wife Barbara. Dan has shared with me that once he runs out of money, it will be about 8 months before he can start drawing that money.

So, I'm making an appeal for your generosity to help out one of our own. If you can spare anything at all, it would be much appreciated if you could part with a little bit of your hard-earned dollars to help Dan bridge this gap.

I've made the goal for this fundraiser $8,000.00. Dan has assured me that he will be able to survive on this until Social Security kicks in, at which point he will be able to survive off of that income.

If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me through email initially, and then we can set up a phone call. This is purely to prevent my phone number from being out in the open for anyone to see, I'm sure you understand.

Again, any help is much appreciated! On behalf of Dan, thank you very much in advance for your generosity. Let's knock it out of the park and help a brother out!!
