Hi, I am 28, and my name is dandelion. I am Nigerian, trans & non-binary, and i am raising funds so i can get the freedom I have always dreamed of.  i currently school and live in Europe. Because of a lack of access to the health care system and a ridiculous waiting list, I have been self-medicating on T to ease my dysphoria for the last three months. fortunately, i am lucky enough to have had access to hormones due to a community of DIYers. The insurance policies i have to navigate do not cover trans healthcare-related costs, except you had trans healthcare prior. After almost two years of transitioning in isolation, i finally have top surgery dates confirmed in 4 months. The plan is to fly to Turkey for surgery, and the entire cost is around eur 4,500, i have included aftercare costs because I will be unable to work for the first two months post-surgery.
