Help Dan get to medical appointments

I am Melissa, Dans partner of many years.   Dan and I met 18 years ago.  We both had a son when we met and raised two wonderful boys together.  They are now 19 and 24 years old.  We were so devastated when we found out a year ago that Dan has rectal cancer.  This year he has been through chemo, chemo and radiation together, an anterior resection surgery with an ileostomy, and has another surgery coming up this month.   He has been through so much but has been strong through it all.  Two months ago we had low temps and ice.  Dan was driving his diesel Chevy truck and was going 70 mph, hit a slick spot and hit a pole.  Totaling his 2002 truck.  We had full coverage on the truck but the money we did get could not replace it.   Then, my 2019 trax has been in the shop for a month.  I have a loaner car to get to work.  We have struggled getting Dan to appointments for scans, bloodwork, etc. due to living over 20 miles from Oncologist and surgeons office.  I just want Dan to keep his focus on getting well and not always worry about fixing our junk to get to where he needs to go.  I work and we get by but Dan can not work while he is healing.  At least a few more months.  I want to be able to get him in a reliable truck. He has never asked anyone for anything and has had a labor job his entire life until now.  We thank you for any help and we appreciate any prayers as well
