Help Dan Get New Tires and Pay Medical Bills

My name is Dan and I’m a 65 year old retired teacher currently getting by on only a limited disability benefit. My car needs new tires (about a month ago) and they are close to $700. I also have a pending $300 medical bill I have been trying to pay off. I am working hard to gain some computer skills which I hope can gain me some additional income. However, right at this chapter in my life, I humbly ask for a little help.
