Less than a week ago, our dear friend Dan went to the hospital with symptoms of a stroke. After testing, he was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Today he underwent a successful surgery to have the tumor removed, but was unfortunately diagnosed with Glioblastoma (this is one of the most aggressive types of cancer in the brain). Future treatment will consist of chemo & radiation.

I am hoping that with your help, we can alleviate some of the financial burden that the Silva family will now face. The prognosis for Glioblastoma, even with treatment, is not great. Dan deserves to spend his time focusing on healing and being with his family.
