Hey everyone,

As some of you know, I recently had Achilles (rt) surgery, and it’s taken me completely off my feet, literally. I’m a barber, so standing behind the chair is how I make my living. Right now, I can’t work until I heal, which means I don’t have an income coming in for the next few months.

It’s been a tough adjustment even mentally, as an active person and someone who lives a life of serving others even beyond the chair A series of things have happened even before this and I try to keep life private because everyone is going through something, but reality is everyday expenses are still coming in. I’ve been blown away by the kindness of people asking how they can help, from praying(the most important thing), sending food/money for food to just checking in. It means more than you know.

A few people encouraged me to make this page for anyone who genuinely wants to help. The funds will go directly toward covering bills, groceries, and my mortgage while I’m recovering and doing physical therapy to get back to work.

This isn’t easy to post, asking for help never is (especially as a man) but I’m learning it’s okay to let people show up when you need it. I’m grateful for every bit of support, prayer, and encouragement and just know it helps.

Thank you all for helping me get through this season and back to doing what I love, serving people. It is how God made me and I’m not sure what the future looks like, but I know that at the core, serving people will never change.
