Hello my name is Lisa and i am helping a very close friend of mine Karissa raise money to buy a headstone for her son Damian. We would like to thank everyone who has donated in helping with Damian's burial cost. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Today we are asking for help to raise money for a headstone for Damian. Damian life was tragically taken at the young age of 16, on Saturday May 21, 2022. He was another victim of random gun violence while walking home from the dollar store directly across the street from where he lived. He was there to buy hangers for new clothes they purchased for him earlier that day. Damian died in Karissa's arms.
All of this came just days after burying her fiance, whom she shared a 2 year old daughter with.
Damian was a smart, handsome,and talented child who loved his siblings more than anything, he loved to play xbox and work on cars with his uncle Chris.
Nobody should have to deal with so much loss and tragedy, yet alone burying her first son. To help alleviate some of the stress and financial burden we are asking for donations that will be used for a headstone for Damian. ANYTHING will help even $1.00. Any extra donations will help Karissa and her two other children cope with this unexpected loss of Damian to get back on track.
