Damian Barnes is my beloved nephew, and our family is rallying together to give him the best chance for survival. Recently, Damian was diagnosed with end stage renal disease, and his doctors have made it clear that he urgently needs to begin haemodialysis. Unfortunately, due to financial constraints, Damian is unable to pay for this costly form of therapy. He is not a candidate for peritoneal dialysis, which makes haemodialysis his only option. Without immediate treatment, his chances of survival are minimal, and our family is deeply concerned for his well-being.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Damian's haemodialysis treatments, transportation to and from his medical appointments, and other related medical expenses. Every dollar will help ease the financial burden on Damian and our family, allowing us to focus on supporting him through this incredibly difficult time.
