Help Dalton get to work and his appointments

Hello, my name is Dalton and I just started my job. It is a 2+ hour walk from my job because I live far outside of town. I'm trying to get on my feet and either fix my grandpa's old truck up or put a small down payment on this car that's already available for me. I'm trying to get started in life and get out in the world, but it's so hard and depressing with the current situation that I am in. Getting a vehicle would help me get to my job easier and also get to my dermatologist appointments, which I really need because I have moderate plaque psoriasis and it's making me lose hair. If anyone would like to help, I would really appreciate it.
