Help Dale ring the bell again

Dale rang the bell the first time on December 27, 2017.  He needs our help to ring the bell again.  Surgery is scheduled for the end of May in Philadelphia. He will need to be there for 2 to 3 weeks.  This will be a huge financial burden on him plus the cost of what the insurance won't cover. Please help a great man who has helped so many others.
