Friends and Family of Dale and John Cormack,

John Cormack passed away on Sunday February 16, 2025 after a battle with several medical issues. Their daughter Pam has been going through all of Dale and John’s paperwork and has made the unfortunate discovery that John had not been paying the homeowner’s insurance for quite some time. Due to this, the mortgage company initiated their own insurance policy, and Dale was not aware of this situation at all. This is where we need your help please, friends and family. Dale owes $6000 which is due in just 9 days, or the bank will begin the foreclosure process on their home. Dale is unable to pay this amount and the family is also not able to absorb this expense at this time. It would be very unfortunate for Dale to lose her home that her and John shared, so any amount that you can donate to assist her in this very difficult time would be a tremendous help. I know that you all love and care for this family, so please consider a donation to this very time-critical cause. Dale does NOT know the situation, as John paid all the bills for the past 62 years. He very likely was unaware of the forced placement of the policy, because it is unlike him to ignore something so important. Due to the sensitivity of this, we ask that this is NOT shared with Dale, so she can be protected from the additional stress of potential forclosure.
