Dale’s story began in the most heartbreaking way. Found as a stray, a kind-hearted Samaritan reached out when they saw a large dog lying motionless in their yard. When Animal Control arrived, they feared the worst. But what they discovered was a sweet, gentle German Shepherd named Dale, who was still fighting for a chance at life.

Sadly, Dale is dealing with significant health challenges. He constantly tilts his head to the right and struggles to walk without assistance. Despite being only 3 years old, Dale’s physical condition leaves him in desperate need of medical care.

Our shelter veterinarian suspects that Dale may have a brain lesion, but we can’t determine the exact cause or the best course of treatment without an MRI. Without this crucial test, Dale’s future remains uncertain.
