Hey friends, family, and fellow filmmakers! I’m Dale Frewaldt, an independent filmmaker in Sioux Falls, SD. My team and I are currently finalizing pre-production for our second short film together.

The money this campaign raises will 100% go directly back into the production. These funds are an essential component to producing a competitive film for the festival circuit. Our last film, “Unfinished Business,” premiered at Vortex Film Festival and was a selected short for Lift-Off Global’s “First Time Filmmakers Session.” This time, we want to create a WINNING film!

My goal, as a filmmaker, is to push myself further with every project. I want to shoot longer and tackle more technical projects. Joining me behind the scenes is a cadre of passionate creatives with strong visions and HEART!

This project, “Tilly,” is a technical and practical challenge. I’m striving to create a high-quality production on a paper-thin budget. Outside funds ensure we meet our goals and exceed the expectations of what is possible with a team of passionate filmmakers.
