Hi It's Bill and Samantha, We are setting up this page to help Dale and his family with medical and travel expenses, while he fights Covid. Dale has been in the hospital for about two weeks and has now been moved to a hospital in Phoenix where he is receiving a higher and more specialized level of care.

Any help would be appreciated for Dale's family during this difficult time.
