Hi, my name is Dakota Carley, and I’m reaching out to our community after our family experienced a devastating house fire. My wife, Abigale, who is 23 weeks pregnant, our 5-year-old daughter Harmony, our dog Apollo, and I lost nearly everything. In a matter of moments, our home and the things we worked hard for were gone. Right now, we are trying to secure stable housing and replace basic essentials—clothes, everyday items, and everything we need to prepare for our baby on the way.
We’re doing everything we can to move forward, but this is bigger than what we can handle alone. I’m asking our community—friends, family, and anyone who’s able—to please step in and help us get back on our feet. If you can donate, even a small amount makes a real difference right now. If you can’t donate, please take a moment to share this. That alone can help us reach someone who can. We are trying to rebuild not just a house, but a sense of stability for our child and our growing family.
Thank you to everyone who shows up for us during this time. It truly means more than we can put into words. — Dakota Carley & Family
