Hi, my name is Michelle Ban and I am fundraising for my beautiful niece Dakota Hinton to go on an educational trip to Spain!

Many of you may know, Dakota lost her beloved dad at the age of 4. Tim was a Huge presence in his daughters life and had he been here today he would have done anything in his power to see her go on this trip of a life time. Dakotas mom and My dearest friend Karyn is the epitome of strenghth and resiliense, raising Tims two beautiful children on her own. Karyn never complains or asks for anything, so here I am in her honor! I know if everyone comes together we can make this young ladys dreams come true.

Now alittle bit about our girl! Dakota is a straight A student, loves working out, country music (thats my girl ;)), quadding, bonfires, plays on the nanaimo hornets rudby team as well as her school team. Dakota is one of the sweetest, kind hearted, funny, generous beings I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Not only does she help out around the house she helps her mom take care of her little brother koen. She is always thinking of others and willing to lend a helping hand. Dakota has been studying spainish in high school for the past few years now and traveling there is a dream to say the least.
