Help Dakota Start His Medical Journey

Hello! My name is Dakota (he/him) and I am a current college student starting out my medical transition. I have a lot of underlying health conditions which means my finances are slim and my copays tend to quickly pile up; I am the sole person supporting myself financially regarding my medical bills. On top of this, I was recently kicked out of my home by my homophobic and transphobic mother. My resources at the moment are quite finite, and truly anything would help.
