My name is Dakota (Polycarp) Baker, and I am blessed to attend St. Tikhon's Orthodox Seminary this Fall (2025)!

By earning a Master's of Divinity, I aspire to become a priest, serving in the Orthodox Church in America, and/or a professor.

Fr. John Parker recently shared a study that projected that 1 in 4 Orthodox parishes could be without a priest within five years.

I have enough savings to pay for one of the three years, and I intend to study hard to earn scholarships and work during the summers.
