Hello, I am Solomon Salazar. On Wednesday, October 29, my good friend, and friend to everyone, took a scary spill on his bike while riding at the skatepark that resulted in a few broken ribs, a lacerated spleen, and some other internal bleeding.

Of course, this resulted in a hospital trip and serous observation of the internal injuries. And while his body is still young and strong, there was a slight setback which resulted in another trip to the trauma unit and surgery is in heavy discussion.

As you can tell, this all sounds very expensive. And while Dakota does have insurance, we all know that only covers a portion of the care that he needs.

We all know that being a full-time student is hard enough these days, and this is going to make it exponentially harder for Dakota to continue his studies in sports medicine.

Please, if you can help, it would be so appreciated you don't even know. As someone who continually contributes to the BMX scene and who brightens the day of anyone who crosses his path, Dakota sure could use some help coming his way.
