Sweet Daisy girl was poisoned on Friday morning. She has been in a comatose state for over 24 hours.. She has severe stomach swelling and they have to be careful with what they do and how they move her because she is unresponsive. The vet said Daisy has an extremely large amount of marijuana in her system, she hypoglycemic and there could be other drugs in her system. She also threw up raw ground turkey along with part of the wrapper. Neither marijuana and ground turkey are consumed in her household. Years of an awful neighbor battle and the day they move out, daisy falls ill. This entire situation is being handled and investigated by YCSO and animal control. unfortunately the bill to cover another x ray and more blood work is very high and is needed as soon as possible to continue giving daisy the care she needs. Anything is genuinely appreciated.
