Help Daisy to walk again

Daisy is a nearly 4 year old miniature Dachshund, she and her sister Dolly were our first babies before we had my son in 2022. We have always had Dachshund's since I was a child and we have never ever experienced any back issues with any of them, I guess we've been lucky up until now.
Daisy has always been healthy and happy, up until Saturday the 22nd February. She had been resting all day, as she usually does, but we thought it was odd when she was reluctant to move. I tried to pick her up to check she was okay, but she cried in pain and couldn't move her back legs. We rushed her to the emergency vet who confirmed it was IVDD and she was likely to get worse. The vet sent us home with a bunch of medication for the pain and advised us to give her at least 2 weeks crate rest. Daisy has been back to the vets 4 times since then, each time getting worse.
I took her to the vets yesterday morning and they told me there were only two options - the first was a referral to a specialist, which included therapy and potential surgery, however this would be around £8500, the second option was for her to be euthanized as she would most likely be in a lot of pain and would have no quality of life. I decided to wait to see how she was throughout the day and go back to the vets at 6pm with the intent of having her put to sleep, as we simply can't afford to make her better. Our insurance cover is only for £2000, so we wouldn't be able to help. We spent the rest of the day with Daisy, cuddling her and comforting her as we thought it would be our last few hours together.
When we returned to the vet, she perked up and was barking at the other dogs in the waiting room and returned to her usual self. The vet checked her over again and said she'd made an improvement from the morning and he could feel more mobility in her legs. Although this is not a miracle, we are praying this is a sign of things to come and she continues to get better. We know this is going to be costly to get her to where she needs to be and we will absolutely do whatever we can to help her, but it is going to be a struggle.
Anything we receive from donations will go towards Daisy's care and hopefully treatment, so one day she can chase butterflies around the garden again.
Please, if you can, donate whatever you are able and please pray for our girl.
Thank you
