Daisy is a 4-year-old Dachshund who means the world to her owner, a dedicated kindergarten teacher and dear friend of mine. Recently, Daisy suffered a serious spinal injury that required urgent surgery. Her owner made the difficult decision to use all her savings to ensure Daisy could get the care she needed. Daisy isn’t just a beloved pet—she’s also the classroom mascot, always included in lessons and bringing smiles to the children every day. She’s truly part of the family, both at home and at school.
