Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because my puppy Daisy is currently in critical condition and receiving emergency veterinary care.

She was recently adopted and had been cleared as a healthy dog, but suddenly became very sick. Over a short period of time, she became lethargic, less responsive, and not acting like herself, which was extremely concerning.

We rushed her to the vet, where they found pale gums, dehydration, and a mass/abnormality that needs further evaluation. Her condition was serious enough that they immediately began stabilizing her and told us she needs urgent care.

We are now at an emergency hospital where she is undergoing bloodwork and additional testing to determine what’s going on. The vets have made it clear that this is a critical situation, and depending on what they find, she may need further treatment, imaging, or even surgery.

This has all happened very quickly, and the cost of emergency care is already overwhelming. I’m doing everything I can to make sure she gets the treatment she needs, but I can’t do it alone.

Daisy is such a sweet, loving puppy—even while sick, she still wagged her tail when she saw me. She has so much life and love ahead of her, and I just want to give her the chance to be okay.

She’s already part of our family, and I’m not giving up on her.
