This gofundme was created to help our dear friend Dai with unexpected medical and housing expenses. On June 21, Dai had an aortic aneurysm and was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery. Fortunately, the doctors were able to save him but the surgery left Dai paralyzed from the waist down. He was in rehab for a month to strengthen his core and arms so that could use a wheelchair. He was discharged on July 1 to an assisted living because he could not return to his home - a condo in an upstairs unit with no elevator. Because of safety codes, he is not able to stay there.

The ask? Please consider donating to help Dai with his moving and housing expenses. He and his girlfriend need help with moving and housing expenses in order to find a downstairs unit that meets his accessibility needs and law requirements.
