Help Dahlia with medical and other expenses

This is our friends’ precious baby, Dahlia Drakes, who is very sick.  She was born six months ago with complex congenital heart disease. Her heart has two holes in it and a leak in one of the valves. It has caused and will continue to cause a myriad of critical issues for her life and her ability to thrive if left unrepaired. Her parents have been silently battling with her against it since she was diagnosed at 1 week old, in the hopes of giving her a ‘normal’ infancy and childhood to whatever extent possible. But the harsh reality is she is being admitted to CHOP this week for an MRI of her heart and a procedure where they will insert a catheter into her heart. She will also have a feeding tube placed. In a few weeks, she will be undergoing her first (and hopefully only) open heart surgery to repair her heart. Both parents are hard working and caring, and will have to be with her and her sister for weeks at a time while she recovers. They have a long journey ahead of them this year and could use any help that you could provide.
