Daeho met some unexpected costs due to insurance renewals and needs help paying for chemotherapy. He was diagnosed with Stage 3 colon cancer and recently had a large tumor removed, but needs chemo due to a high risk of recurrence. There was a miscommunication regarding insurance and while he met his out of pocket maximum and deductible, they reset unexpectedly with the new year. $5,000 will cover his out of pocket costs.

Daeho is everybody's best friend, truly. He has a unique ability to connect with people on a deep level. He makes everyone feel seen and heard in a way that is healing for all who get the honor of knowing him. I've never met a friend of his who does not hold him in high regard. He is curious, contemplative, brilliant, kind, supportive, silly, empathetic, unpredictable, and spontaneous. Animals love him. All of them. He is my dog's favorite person, he literally starts jumping, spinning, and tippy tapping with excitement when he sees Daeho through the window. He is also the most fun person to be around. When Daeho shows up you know its either time for a wild adventure or a deep talk that changes your perspective on life. Or maybe just a movie that you both fall asleep to. Regardless of what you do, it's always special somehow. Always. He's helped me through so much and I know I'm not the only one. He does everything he can to show up for people in the ways that they need. So if you are able to show up for him either financially or just by sharing this it would really mean a lot to me and all of the people that love him.
