Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out with a humble request to help my dad, who has always been a pillar of strength and love in my life. He was totally fine just a short while ago, and his condition changed very rapidly, making this situation extremely difficult.

As many of you know, he’s always been super active. Fishing every weekend, gardening, and keeping himself busy. Seeing him like this is incredibly tough, and I know he is forever grateful for any support.

We’re raising funds for an electric wheelchair and additional medical support that his insurance doesn’t fully cover. Any contribution would make a huge difference in improving his quality of life and giving him the independence he deserves.

What makes this even harder is that I’m currently in the U.S. and, due to immigration and paperwork challenges, I’m not able to return to South Africa right now. Not being by his side during such a critical time is heartbreaking.

If anyone has ideas or a business he could support to keep his hands busy and his mind sharp, we’d love to hear from you. Since I can’t be there in person, all of your support and understanding means the world. We’re not sure what the future holds or if things will return to “normal,” but we’ll keep you all updated along the way.
