Saturday May 10th 2025 Dad was driving home on his motorcycle from our Mother's Day festivities and a deer decided it wanted to jump out in front of him. He had less then 10 ft to react to the deer and he smacked into the deer at 65 mph and got launched off his bike. Shortly after he was driven to the hospital in an ambulance where he has currently undergone 2 surgeries. Here's what we know. He dislocated his right shoulder and shattered his left elbow and broke his left wrist. The doctors in Spokane were rather stumped with his Elbow so Tuesday May 13th he was shipped in an ambulance over to Seattle where a trauma surgeon can work on him. We are hoping for a full recovery but it won't be an easy one. Us kids have been doing everything in our power to help mom in regards to the younger kids and also keeping the business afloat with Dad being out of commission. Anyone who know my Dad KNOWS he will never ask for help he just figures it out. I dont want this trip to be the end of everything he has worked towards so I am reaching out asking to help with not only medical bills but also helps with fuel for travel and future therapy. UPDATE:

Dad has undergone another surgery for his elbow 5/15. They were able to use some concrete antibiotics to use as a glue in the arm. He has another surgery today to fix up the forearm and hopefully finish up his arm and possibly do his wrist and if not he will have one more surgery. Dad is feeling well and is starting to get movement in his right arm. We feel so blessed with all the donations and are so glad we have such great friends and family.

UPDATE JANUARY 12 2026

Dad is getting ready to undergo his final surgeries in Seattle and we are looking for some help to get Mom somewhere to stay and also some food for them and some.more help with hospital bills. Any help is appreciated as we make our way through this hoop in our lives.
