Help Dad recover from covid pneumonia

Hello my name is Kimberly Pardo.

I am the daughter of Don Schmidt who is currently admitted at Seven Rivers Hospital with covid pneumonia.

And he will probably wring my neck for even doing this.

 

I bought my dad a plane ticket for Christmas to fly up here to Tennessee from Florida so he could spend the holidays with his 3 children and 7 grandchildren.

He done exactly that but when he returned back home to Florida, he found out he had covid when he lost his taste.

This morning my Grandad urged my dad to go get checked out. Thankfully he listened because upon arrival, my dad's oxygen saturation was in the 80s which led him to be admitted. So obviously he is out of work for the second week.

He is currently on oxygen with o2 sat at 94.

He is in a room without any windows, no visitors and just exclaimed to me how he didn't have the time to be there. Of course not, who has time to be sick?

He is not even worried about his condition because the financial stress overcomes his worry about his diagnosis.

He currently does not have any health insurance. A company who just bought out the company he works for, offers benefits, but has not yet gone in to affect. UGH!

I am just trying to help my dad with medical bills.
