Help D2 Alabama Hockey Get To Nationals!

On Sunday, March 6th 2022, The University of Alabama Division 2 Hockey Team received a bid to advance to the Collegiate Hockey Federation National Tournament (CHF) in West Chester, PA from March 18th-23rd. This year is the first year that the Crimson Tide has played in the CHF, and our first year as a member of the College Hockey South (CHS) conference. This past weekend, our team's appearance at the CHS playoffs was the first time Alabama Hockey has advanced to the postseason since 2014. We are incredibly proud to be a part of this conference and compete amongst our fellow SEC Region hockey teams, and we are hoping to continue the dream by competing against teams across the nation in the closely approaching CHF National Tournament.

Alabama Hockey is a club team, meaning our players pay annual dues to compete each season. These dues cover various expenses such as uniforms, road trips, and ice time for the duration of the season. Unfortunately, our budget has always been limited, and it certainly did not include the funding for a national tournament appearance. With such short notice, our only chance at competing at nationals is by fundraising through GoFundMe.

Any funds donated will go directly towards transportation and accommodations for our wonderful team and extraordinary coaches.

We would be heartbroken as a team to progress to this point and have our dream of competing at Nationals fall short due to budgetary constraints. Therefore, if you are a fan, friend, family member, alumni, or just a fan of the University of Alabama, please consider donating to our cause.
