Hello, I'm Cynthia. We're a family of 4. My husband had a heart and kidney transplant last year, and we've been struggling with bills since we got home from New Orleans. He was hospitalized for months, and I had to take a leave from work to tend to our kids and him as well.

Now, I recently was able to go back to work, but we need help getting back on our feet and relocating. My husband was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes as well because of the steroids he can't get off due to his double transplant. Now we need to relocate to be closer to my husband's doctor's soon as possible. I'm not asking for much but a relief for my family that has been through so much and we're still not out the woods yet, but thank God my husband is alive.
