Cynthia is my 5-year-old feisty Yorkie and my best friend. We’ve made several TikTok videos together, and she’s become a chill, viral sensation with a personality that’s both sweet and spirited. She’s always by my side, and I take her everywhere with me. But recently, everything changed after a visit to Pet Paradise. Cynthia’s back legs suddenly stopped working, and she couldn’t eat or walk. The facility was unhelpful and rude, refusing to apologize or offer any support. I had no choice but to rush her to the emergency vet, where she received urgent care.
