Hello!

My name is Aleyna & I am looking to help raise funds for my mother, Cynthia Webb.

Due to very unforeseen circumstances, my mother's house has seen some of the worst water damage, flooding, and now freezing it has in years.

On 3 different occasions, my mother had to get TJ's plumbing over to her house to assist with continuous damages due to this weather. My mother's house has seen so much attention from TJ's that on the 3rd visit, the boss came and a nickname was given to my mother's home as "the flood home"; it was so bad.

The 1st occasion was on Wednesday, last week, when my mother's basement began to flood due to a clogged pipe that was not within her control. She was even told the clog was not her fault. As you can see from the photo, there was a drainage system that was run out to her driveway to assist in draining the very rapid water rising in her basement.

The 2nd occasion was a few days later when her heat was no longer working due to the furnace experiencing some damage from the flooding in her basement. My mother's house was 43 degrees at one point. TJ's was able to fix the heating issue, but over the weekend it was discovered that one of her pipes that leads heat into the 1st floor was completely frozen. Which brings us to our 3rd occasion.

The 3rd occasion was today and by far the longest day. As you can see from the photos, TJ's has been to my mother's house on several occasions, not only prior to today but several times today alone. While my mother has heat upstairs, she was not getting heat to her first floor. TJ's spent over 4 hours and many different workers attempting to get her pipe defrosted to allow for heat into the first floor. They let her know that she was lucky the pipe did not burst due to how badly frozen the pipe was. After a long day, they did finally get the pipe defrosted and my mother's full house is getting heat again.

Although getting heat, my mother still has issues with the flooding in her basement and TJ's has to come AGAIN to work on this issue for her later this week, in attempts to locate and remove the clog. A clog that has been told to her several times by other parties is NOT her fault, but she is still made responsible for the cost of the repairs.

I am looking to help raise some money for these repairs for my mother as her TJ's plumbing bill over the past few days has drastically increased to the point that she has maxed out her credit cards. My mom is unaware, scared, and devastated at the thought of how she is going to afford this bill.

I know that times are very difficult for everyone at this time and I know that these freezing/flooding concerns are likely impacting many homes. If you are able to contribute $1 or even just share this, that would mean so much to our family, and especially my mom (who has no idea this fund exists, she would be mortified but I have to try and help).
