My name is Cylanne, and I have an incredible opportunity to travel to Uganda with the vet school at my university. This trip is something I’ve dreamed about, but I simply don’t have the funds to make it happen on my own. The experience would allow me to learn firsthand about veterinary medicine in a global context, and I’m excited for the chance to grow both personally and professionally.

The money raised will go directly toward covering my airfare and program fees. This isn’t just a trip—it’s a crucial step for my future. Participating in this program will give my future vet school applications a major boost and help me earn the hours I need to even be considered as an applicant. It will also give me the chance to get to know some of the faculty at MSU’s vet school, so they’ll already know who I am before I get there. These connections and experiences are invaluable for my education and career.
