Help Curtis Overcome Medical and Financial Struggles

Hello, my name is Curtis.

Back in August, I injured my lower back to the point that I'm physically not able to even drive a car for more than 30 minutes without tremendous pain. Fast forward to now, after lawyer's fees, medical bills, meds, MRIs, 4 bulged discs, 2 nerves being encroached on, 2 epidural shots in my lower back, and still fighting and not being able to work has taken a toll.
