As many of you know our good friend Curtis recently suffered a stroke. This has taken a toll on his body and he will need time to recover. Currently he has been very lucky, but has lost some use of the right side of his body. This is going to require occupational and physical therapy for up to 8 months. 
While many of us have loved his food, sense of humor and adorable cat photos, it's time for us to share our thanks in ways he needs now. 
Having worked in the food industry is rewarding to him, but it does not come with any health insurance or paid time off. He needs help with his  bills.
