Help Curtis Heal and Get Back on His Feet

I'm Curtis. This year has been a bit of a doozy for myself and my family. I ended up getting hit by a truck while walking back in March, I'm still recovering but it's taking time. Since the incident, I haven't been able to work and could really use some financial assistance.
