Hi, my name is Cynthia, I’m reaching out to you with a humble & urgent request. My brother Curtis is ready for a kidney transplant; we’ve been on this journey almost 6 yrs. He suffers from double kidney failure which has taken a toll on his heart. We are in need of financial assistance which will go toward: medical bills, out of pocket medicine, transportation, lodging, Dr. appointments, food, advertising and unforeseen post transplant care.
