Help Cure Royalty the German Shepherd

This is Royalty. She is 3 and a half years old. Royalty used to be the most healthy, energetic, athletic, craziest pup I've ever seen. Even with all that energy, she's still the best cuddler in the world. But, for the past 6 months, Royalty has become depressed and unmotivated. She has been in and out of the vet almost every month, but she just could not get better. It wasn't until we were referred to neurologist that we found Royalty's brain has been dangerously inflamed with CSF fluids. Even then, the neurologists are not sure what is causing the build up. They believe it could be some kind of infection... or a birth defect that has been intensifying since she was born. We have tried all kinds of medication from the neurologist but the inflammation is not going down... and it's getting severe. Our last hope to save Royalty is to raise the money for the neurologist to perform a surgery to place a shunt in her head (a procedure done many times for humans) so that the fluids can safely drain out to the rest of her body. Unfortunately that procedure along with the hospitalization, medication, and tests they have already done comes up to a grand total of $25,000.
